FMU: 2-year returning letterwinner....PBC All-Academic Team 2017....Competed in all six meets in 2017....Placed 64th at 2017 PBC Meet and 135th at NCAA II Southeast Championships....Ran in all six races in 2016 (team's second finisher in 5 of the 6 events)....Led FMU runners at the 2016 conference championship meet....Four Top-25 individual showings....Placed 65th at 2016 PBC Championships and 155th at NCAA II Southeast Regional Meet....Really looking forward to the cross country and track & field seasons with Alexis on board....Will definitely have an impact on the program....Looks to be the number No.3 runner on the team as we prepare for 2016.....There’s something to be said about recruiting out of state students, especially when the state is a 10-hour drive....To be willing to go that far from home at a young age shows a great deal of confidence, sense of adventure, and the willingness to stand alone. To excel at distance running, you need all three of these characteristics and she does possess them....Will also run track (In addition to the distance events, she is also a long jumper)....Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll 2017....FMU Swamp Fox Athletic-Academic Honor Roll 2016 (fall), 2017 (spring, fall), 2019 (spring)....Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) 2018-19.

  • Graduate of Chartiers Valley High School in Bridgeville, Pa., where she ran for coaches Lori Poe, Adam Sivitz, and Maria Cuccaro
  • Placed 12th while running in the 800 meters at the 2016 Mt. Lebanon Invitational with a season-best time of 2:48.45; also recorded a season-best time of 6:03.71 while placing 15th in the 1,600 meters
  • School-record holder for 4x4 and 4x8 relays
  • Lettered four times in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track
  • As a senior, put together a strong indoor campaign, setting personal records in the 400 meters (74.54), 800 meters (2:47.57), 1,600 meters (6:21.48), and mile (5:52.50)
  • In team competition, helped the Colts to a first-place finish in the 4x800 relay with a time of 10:19.14 at the TSTCA Meet #3
  • The Colts also placed third in the 4x800 relay at the TSTCA Indoor Championship with a time of 10:22.56
  • Posted a time of 22:45.76 at the 2015 Red, White and Blue Invitational Cross Country Meet
  • As a junior, finished 17th in the 1,600 meters at the 2015 WPIAL Championship with a personal-best time of 5:37.79
  • In the classroom, served as president and treasurer of the United Nations Club, was a member of the National Honor Society, was involved with the German and Art clubs, and earned honor and high honor roll distinction all four years
