  • Goals for Upcoming Season: I want to become quicker on my feet, have an unstoppable serve, and work with my teammates to gain wins all season long
  • Why you first chose your sport: I was introduced to it by my high school coach because of how tall I am. I went to a few practices, learned the basics in about a week and decided I really liked the sport. I fell in love with how great it felt to hit a volleyball and how fast paced the game was
  • The biggest mental challenge to you improving faster: My biggest mental challenge is expecting change to happen fast and not through time; I want to get better at the things as soon as I learn them, but when the process is slower than anticipated I begin to get frustrated in my own abilities and what I could be doing wrong
  • Interesting Notes: I’ve only been playing volleyball for two years; I’ve made All-State three years in a row for softball and gained the MVP award at the 2019 North/South All-Star Game
