The Francis Marion University baseball team will make one final home appearance prior to traveling to the Peach Belt Conference Tournament, when the Patriots entertain 21st-ranked University of Mount Olive on Monday (April 6) at 6 p.m.
Admission for Monday's game on Cormell Field at Sparrow Stadium is $8 for adults, $5 for students, and FMU students are admitted free. That game will also be broadcast live courtesy of the Patriot Sports Network.
The Patriots (26-19) defeated the Trojans 4-1 on Friday behind the five-hit pitching of senior right-hander Isaac Rodgers and junior lefty Josh Bobrowski, and a two-run homer off the bat of junior first baseman Leniel Gonzalez.
The Peach Belt Tournament is set for May 10-12 in St. Augustine, Fla.
