FMU basketball games to air on Time Warner Cable channel 11

The Francis Marion University athletic department announced this week that 23 home basketball games from the 2012-13 season will be televised live on Channel 11 of Florence's Time Warner Cable system.

The slate includes 12 women's contests, beginning with the home opener against Claflin College on Nov. 14, and 11 men's games, beginning with the Patriots' season opener against Morris College on Nov. 19.

Pre-game activities will begin approximately 10 minutes prior to tip-off.

In addition to being carried on TV-11, the games will also be streamed on the internet at http://www.ustream.tv/fmupatriots

Dr. Hubert Setzler serves as the voice of the Patriots, handling play-by-play duties.
