Joe F. Cauble, MA, ATC, is entering his seventh year as the assistant Athletic Trainer at Francis Marion University via McLeod Sports Medicine in Florence, S.C.

Cauble received his bachelor of arts degree in athletic training from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C.  He then went on to earn a master of arts in athletic training from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Mich.

Prior to joining the Patriots, Cauble served as the head athletic trainer for the Pee Dee Pride, an ECHL ice hockey team based in Florence.  From 2001-2004, Cauble served as the associate athletic trainer at Olivet (Mich.) College, an NCAA Division III member school.

He recently worked with the Florence RedWolves, a summer collegiate league baseball squad in the Coastal Plain League.

He currently resides in Florence with his wife, Faren, and their daughter.
